Massive improvement recently. I have been able to get an appointment quicker and my appointments are barely delayed. My only criticism is I feel the gps vary greatly and depending on who I get to see depends on my experience. I just stick to the gp that I feel comfortable with as I know I'll get good care.

I have been attending this surgery for many years now and have to say, it's the best GP Practice I have ever been too. My GP listens to my concerns, is kind and helped me immensely.

I have to go to the surgery frequently for I.N.R. tests and have always found the nurses very efficient and friendly. On the occasions I have to see the doctor it is always done in a proffesional manner and very efficiently also in 90% of the visits I am able to see my own doctor. A very efficient and proffesional surgery

I am extremely happy with this practice. I have many health issues at present and some chronic, which i am currently receiving excellent care and help with. I can highly recommend Dr Peter Cureton who i have been seeing for quite some time now. I have also seen many other doctors in this surgery ,who have also helped me, which i am extremely grateful for, even the nurses. A favourite of mine is, Dr Maria Birtchnell, as she helped me so much. I also saw Dr Bevan some time ago and in the early years, who used to greet you with an almighty welcoming, which made me feel better already and then forgotten what i`d come in for. Another brilliant doctor. I have to say all the receptionists are all very polite,friendly and knowledgeable. Also the pharmacists Jill and Linda, who i always get their names mixed up, are very caring, helpful and understanding towards me. Nothings too much trouble for them. I have seen many doctor`s in my time and been to many practices ,as iv`e moved about a lot. I am so glad to be back here as patient. I Want Great Care, I Got it.
